Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to redirect messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest.
